Grandpa Joja’s house follows his life.
Grandpa Joja is our grandfather after whom this touristic story got it’s name. Grandpa Joja is the son of grandpa Niko who was born in 1926.
He lived in Zagreb along with his wife Marija, and worked in trade.
He retired and moved to Lika and there starts his tourist idea, which we continued as a family, picking up where he left off, and made it the touristic story it is today.
Grandpa Bobo’s house follows his life.
Grandpa Bobo is our great grandfather, born in 1881 on one of the Dalmatian islands.
He left the Dalmatian bura and went to Lika to get involved with cattle.
He lived on the today’s estate with his wife Ika. They had 5 children, 4 daughters and 1 son Nikola.
Grandpa Niko’s house follows his life.
Grandpa Niko is our great grandfather and son of grandpa Bobo, born in 1900 in Lika. He was very versatile man, loved traveling and travelled all over the world.
With his wife Lucija he has one son Josip.
Most of his life he spent in Canada where he moved in 1925. He had a private business in catering and music. After many years over there, he came back to his Lika.
